RIVERS RISE is the flagship transformation initiative of the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board (RSUBEB), designed to drive excellence, innovation and sustainable transformation across the State’s basic education system.
It provides a broader identity for the transformation programme beyond the current digital platform, allowing initiatives around data management, school monitoring, teacher capacity development, digital learning, technology, infrastructure and education intelligence to operate under one unified vision.
RIVERS RISE is therefore not just a technology project. It represents a commitment to raising the standard of basic education across Rivers State and building a stronger foundation for the future of every child.

Why We Are Building RIVERS RISE
For years the work of lifting our schools has moved forward in separate parts — a classroom rebuilt here, a teacher trained there, a record kept in one office and nowhere else. RIVERS RISE gathers that work under one vision, one standard and one name.
